BEFORE YOU START

Before submitting your entries, carefully review the category criteria and ensure your submission includes all relevant information, supporting material, and measurable impact.

A strong entry should clearly showcase:

  • The challenge or objective
  • The customer insight
  • The execution
  • Innovation and creativity
  • Business or customer impact
  • Measurable outcomes

Where relevant, support your claims with:

  • Metrics and results
  • Testimonials or case studies
  • Campaign creatives
  • Videos, presentations, or supporting links

How to Make a Strong Entry

  • Keep your responses concise, clear, and relevant.
  • Focus on outcomes, impact, and customer value.
  • Avoid excessive jargon or generic claims.
  • Explain how your initiative solved or addressed a real challenge.
  • Include measurable results wherever possible.
  • Ensure all links and uploaded assets are accessible.
  • Proofread your submission carefully before final submission.
  • Obtain internal/client approvals before entering the work.
ELIGIBILITY & SUBMISSION

The awards are open to:

  • Brands, Agencies, Technology providers, Production houses, Design and creative studios, Customer experience teams, Service providers and consultants.

Eligibility Period: All work submitted must have been implemented, launched, or active between January 01, 2025 – April 30, 2026.

Important Notes:

  • Entries must be approved by the client/brand before submission.
  • The same work may be entered across multiple relevant categories.
  • All non-English submissions must include English translations or subtitles.
  • Entrants must ensure all submitted material is accurate and accessible.

How to Enter

  • A single piece of work, if relevant, can be submitted in multiple categories.

Step 1: Register

Complete the registration process on the awards portal. Once registered, login credentials will be shared via email.

Step 2: Create Your Entries

You may add multiple entries, edit submissions before the final deadline, save entries as drafts, and submit entries across multiple categories.

Step 3: Upload Supporting Material

Supporting material may include case studies, decks, campaign videos, YouTube links, testimonials, screenshots, demos, reports, or analytics. Ensure all links are publicly accessible and videos include subtitles where necessary.

Step 4: Payment

Please make your Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft payable to "Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd" in INR only, and mail the same to Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd, B-112, 4th Floor, Sector 64, Noida - 201301

RULES & JUDGING
  • Entries once submitted and moved for jury evaluation cannot be withdrawn.
  • The organisers reserve the right to move entries to more relevant categories if required.
  • The organisers may use submitted material for awards-related promotions and marketing.
  • Inaccessible or broken links may lead to disqualification.
  • Payment of entry fees is mandatory and non-refundable, irrespective of the award outcome.
  • The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated by an independent jury comprising senior industry leaders, marketers, agency heads, and business decision-makers.

The jury will evaluate entries based on:

  • Campaign impact, Innovation, Strategy and execution, Creativity, Measurable business outcomes, Scalability and effectiveness

Scoring Structure:

  • To get gold, an entry should not only be the top scorer in its category but should also receive a score of at least 7 points from the Jury. Similarly, the minimum scores for silver and bronze are 6 and 5.

The highest-scoring entry in each category may be awarded Gold, subject to jury evaluation standards.
