HOW TO
ENTER
WHILE PREPARING YOUR ENTRIES
When preparing your submission for the Brand Storyz Awards, please review the entry criteria carefully. Please ensure that your submission contains sufficient information. Do include relevant facts and figures where possible.
POST REGISTRATION
Once you register for the submission, login credentials for your entry account will be generated and emailed to you.
POST ENTRY SUBMISSION
The entity name and address quoted in the registration form will be used for further correspondence relating to your entry.
HOW TO MAKE EFFECTIVE ENTRIES
- Stick to the word limit - short & crisp fits the bill.
- Avoid PR jargon & back your words with relevant facts.
- Write persuasively.
- Include supporting evidence.
- Ensure the links you submit are accessible.
- Proofread your submission carefully.
- Don't forget to take a thumbs up from your client.
ELIGIBILITY
- This award is open to agencies, brands, production houses, design studios, creative studios and content creators for their clients.
- All work submitted should have an approval from the client.
ENTRY GUIDELINE
- A single piece of work, if relevant, can be submitted in multiple categories.
- The work submitted should have been released between July 01, 2025 - August 31, 2026.
- Entries submitted should have been approved by the client before submission.
- Once an entry has been submitted for evaluation and assessed by the jury, withdrawal is no longer possible.
- The afaqs! and Brand StoryzAwards team reserves the right to use the submissions for promotions.
- All the entries (other than English or Hindi) must be translated into English for the better understanding of the jury. In the case of video, please use subtitles.
- Please ensure that you submit a high-resolution version of the creative.
RESULTS
- The decision of the jury would be final and binding.
- There would be no shortlist of entries and winners would be announced on the website.
MODE OF PAYMENT
- The payment can be made online by credit/debit cards, net banking or via cheques.
- Please make your Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft payable to "Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd" in INR only, and mail the same at Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd, B-112, 4th Floor, Sector 64, Noida - 201301.
- The entry will be considered accepted only when the entry fee has reflected in our account (in case of net banking and cheques). For pricing details, kindly visit the registration page.
- Please note that payment for the nomination is mandatory and is not dependent on the outcome of the result.
Rules & Guidelines
- Entries once submitted and moved for jury evaluation cannot be withdrawn.
- The organisers reserve the right to move entries to more relevant categories if required.
- The organisers may use submitted material for awards-related promotions and marketing.
- Inaccessible or broken links may lead to disqualification.
- Payment of entry fees is mandatory and non-refundable, irrespective of the award outcome.
- The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
Rules & Guidelines
Entries will be evaluated by an independent jury comprising senior industry leaders, marketers, agency heads, and business decision-makers.
The jury will evaluate entries based on:
- Campaign impact, Innovation, Strategy and execution, Creativity, Measurable business outcomes, Scalability and effectiveness

Scoring Structure:
- To get gold, an entry should not only be the top scorer in its category but should also receive a score of at least 7 points from the Jury. Similarly, the minimum scores for silver and bronze are 6 and 5.

The highest-scoring entry in each category may be awarded Gold, subject to jury evaluation standards.
