HOW TO ENTER
WHILE PREPARING YOUR ENTRIES
When preparing your submission for Startup Brands Awards, please review the entry criteria carefully.
Include relevant facts and figures to substantiate the point you want to make about your brand’s initiatives. A polished and concise presentation will leave a lasting impression on the jury.
POST REGISTRATION
Upon successful login via OTP, your entry account will be promptly created, granting you access to conveniently manage your submissions for the awards.
Please ensure that the contact details provided in your entry form are accurate and up-to-date, as they will be used for all communications during the awards process. Should any changes with regard to your contact information occur after form submission, notify shantanu.pandey@afaqs.com to avoid disruption.
POST ENTRY SUBMISSION
The entity name and address provided in the registration form will be utilised for all future correspondence relating to your entry. To ensure accurate representation, our coverage will feature your brand’s name rather than that of the project or team. .
Should any updates or modifications to the entity name and address be necessary, do let us know.
HOW TO MAKE EFFECTIVE ENTRIES
- First, run through all the award categories carefully before choosing the ones you want to enter. Double check the fit between each entry and category.
- Treat each entry like a story: why does it deserve an award? Take your time to create a compelling narrative that will stand out from the competition.
- Jurors have dozens of entries to go through. Stick to the word limit - short & crisp fits the bill.
- Many entries are unique in some way. Highlight them and draw the jury’s attention.
- Avoid management jargon & back your words with relevant facts instead.
- Demonstrate impact. Include data to underline success.
- Ensure the links you submit are accessible. (WeTransfer links will not be accepted)
- Ensure that your submission aligns with the specific category you are entering.
- Review and Revise before finalising your entry.
- And lastly, don't forget to get a thumbs up from your client
RULES
ELIGIBILITY
This award is open to brand custodians. However, agencies, brands, production houses, design studios, creative studios and content creators can apply on their behalf.
To be eligible for consideration, the submitted work should have been initially released during the period between March 01, 2022, and May 31, 2023.
Any work submitted by an ad agency/production house/content creator must have the client's approval for participation. (to confirm - less than 10 year old).
ENTRY GUIDELINES
To increase the opportunities for recognition, a single piece of work can be submitted in more than one category, assuming it is relevant. As part of the process, ensure that all non-English or non-Hindi entries are translated into English for the jury. For video submissions, include subtitles to enhance comprehension. For the best presentation, we request high-resolution versions of your creative work. The afaqs! and Startup Brands Awards team reserves the right to use the submissions for promotions.
RESULTS
The jury will thoroughly review all entries and their decisions will be considered final and binding. We greatly value their expertise and commitment to ensuring a fair and impartial evaluation process.
MODE OF PAYMENT
The payment can be made online by credit/debit cards, net banking or via cheques. Please make your Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft payable to "Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd" in INR only, and mail the same at Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd, B-112, 4th Floor, Sector 64, Noida - 201301.The entry will be considered accepted only when the entry fee has reflected in our account (in case of net banking and cheques).
