Vanaja Pillai is a writer, advertising professional, and a DEI advocate. As an extension of her passion for people and their growth, she took on the role of Head DEI at the DDB Mudra Group, after spending 23+ years in the advertising and marketing industry. To catalyse the progress happening towards gender parity, Vanaja has spearheaded DDB’s Phyllis India Project, one of the industry’s most comprehensive and intense leadership development programs to help prepare DDB’s women talent for leadership. The program got recognised by Campaign India as the best Women Leadership Program, and Vanaja won the Mentor of the Year Award as the driving force behind the initiative. At BookMyShow, Supraja is responsible for building a cohesive business-oriented communications strategy handling long-term strategy and short-term tactical goals for the overall communications function across the firm’s operations in India, South East Asia, UAE and Sri Lanka. An industry veteran, he has been recognized at several award forums like Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, Adfest, Global Effies, Jay Chiat, Spikes Asia, New York Festivals, WARC, The Rx Club, etc. In 2013, Sarvesh featured in the 'Top 30 Under 30' listing – a special initiative to recognize future leaders of advertising and media industry in India. Neha spent the formative years of her design career honing her craft at London College of Communication. Now, with over fifteen years of multi-cultural experience in her repertoire, she has worked with some of the world’s most exciting design studios and has also served as a member of the revered ISTD. In 2013, Neha started NH1 Design (Gurgaon) with the idea of creating a boutique design studio that marries the principles of design, science, logic and art. NH1 had already picked up nine Blue Elephants and the Global Pentawards in 2019. Their work has also been featured in leading global design magazines and blogs.
